Corporate training that rewires habits, not just slides

Most training is forgotten within a week. Ours is built on behavioural science, embedded through practice, and measured by the outcomes your board actually cares about. We partner with organisations across Scotland and the wider UK to design programmes people genuinely look forward to attending.

How we make learning stick

Forget death-by-PowerPoint. Our four-phase methodology is grounded in spaced repetition, deliberate practice, and real-world application. Each phase builds on the last so knowledge converts into behaviour change, not just test scores.

01

Diagnose the gap

We start with structured interviews, skills audits, and 360-degree feedback to map the precise gap between where your team is and where the business needs them to be. No generic competency frameworks — every diagnostic is tailored to your operating context, KPIs, and culture.

02

Design with intent

Our instructional designers build each module around a single behavioural outcome. We blend scenario-based exercises, peer coaching triads, and micro-simulations that mirror your actual workflow. Content is reviewed by subject-matter experts from your sector before delivery.

03

Deliver and iterate

Facilitators run immersive sessions — whether on-site, hybrid, or fully remote — with live feedback loops. We adjust pacing and depth in real time based on participant engagement signals, ensuring nobody zones out and nobody gets left behind.

04

Embed and measure

Post-programme, we deploy spaced-repetition nudges, manager toolkits, and 30/60/90-day check-ins. You receive a quantified impact report linking training activity to business metrics such as productivity, retention, and internal promotion rates.

Programmes we run

Every programme is modular — you can run a standalone workshop or weave several into a multi-quarter learning journey. Here are the areas where we see the biggest demand.

Leadership and management essentials

From first-time managers to senior directors, we build the coaching mindset, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence that modern leadership demands. Participants leave with a personal development plan they can action immediately.

Communication and influence

Covering persuasive presentation skills, stakeholder management, and difficult conversations. We use video playback and peer feedback so participants see exactly how they come across — and practise until it improves.

Change management and resilience

Equip your people to navigate restructures, digital transformations, and market shifts with confidence. We teach the psychology of change alongside practical frameworks like ADKAR and Kotter, adapted for your specific context.

Sales performance acceleration

We go beyond closing techniques. Our sales programme covers consultative selling, pipeline discipline, objection reframing, and account growth strategy — all practised through role-plays drawn from your real client scenarios.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion

Move past tick-box compliance. Our DE&I workshops use perspective-taking exercises and bias-interruption drills that shift behaviour at the team level, supported by data dashboards that track inclusion metrics over time.

Wellbeing and burnout prevention

Practical tools for energy management, boundary setting, and psychological safety. Designed for both individual contributors and the managers responsible for team culture. We draw on cognitive-behavioural techniques rather than generic mindfulness scripts.

Case spotlight

How a 400-person fintech cut manager turnover by 34%

A fast-scaling payments company in Edinburgh was losing mid-level managers within 18 months of promotion. Exit interviews pointed to a lack of support, unclear expectations, and skill gaps in coaching direct reports.

We designed a six-month blended programme combining monthly in-person intensives, fortnightly peer-coaching circles, and a manager toolkit embedded into their existing project management platform. The results spoke for themselves.

Frequently asked questions

If your question isn't here, get in touch and we will answer within one working day.

It depends on the depth of change you are targeting. A standalone skills workshop runs one or two days. A full behavioural-change programme typically spans three to six months, with touchpoints every two to three weeks. We always start with a scoping call to recommend the right duration for your goals and budget.

Absolutely. We run fully remote, fully in-person, and hybrid formats. Our virtual sessions use breakout rooms, digital whiteboards, and asynchronous activities to keep engagement high. That said, we find that at least one in-person intensive at the start of a programme accelerates trust-building significantly.

Our sweet spot is 12 to 20 participants per cohort — large enough for diverse perspectives, small enough for personalised coaching. For larger rollouts, we run multiple parallel cohorts and train internal champions who can sustain the learning after we step out.

We use a modified Kirkpatrick model: reaction surveys immediately after each session, knowledge assessments at 30 days, behavioural observation at 60 days, and business-outcome analysis at 90 days. We tie results to the KPIs you defined during the diagnostic phase so the report speaks your leadership team's language.

We price per programme, not per head, so you are never penalised for adding a few extra participants. A one-day workshop typically starts around £2,800 excluding VAT. Multi-month programmes are quoted after the diagnostic phase because scope varies widely. We are always transparent about costs before any commitment.
